Blue Moon Belgian White is a descendant of Celis White and is a lot of people's favorite beer. Blue Moon Belgian White. It's made by Miller Coors, but says "Blue Moon Brewing Company" on this label from the 1990s.

This is, I believe, the beer that Budweiser is modeled on. Crystal from Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic. Budejovice is also known as Budweis or Böhmisch Budweis.

Celis White Belgian Style Beer

Here's a label from the original Celis White, Austin, Texas. This was, I believe, one of the godfathers of the craft beer movement. It definitely started the Belgian Style Beer and White Bier craze that still goes on! I'm glad I saved this label, this was a true classic!
